Professionalism, Punctuality and Quality. John has over the last two weeks removed quartz and relaid porcelain stone over 120m2 through our kitchen , dining room and hall . Not only was the craftsmanship and project management excellent , the communication was superb and they left the daily ongoing work in progress clean and tidy. Finishing on schedule and ahead of budget I am thrilled with the overall result , I cannot recommend their skill and service highly enough , thankyou both .
John arrived on time on the agreed date and got started straight away preparing the working area around the fireplace. John was very professional and we are very pleased with the job he did particularly as working with the log burner in place made things that bit harder for him. John cleaned and tidied up after himself making the finished job shine. We would definitely recommend John to anyone.
Re-tiling my kitchen turned out to be a very challenging and complex job to say the least, but John approached it with great professionalism and good humour, which was essential! He offered solutions to a number of difficult issues that arose. John kept me fully updated at all times to manage my expectations which I really appreciated. Replace tiled floor in utility room. A tricky job in a small, awkward, irregular space. John Noctor approached the work with care and thought, and came up with a solution that was elegant and immaculately carried out. It was a pleasure having John in our home and we would be very happy to use him again in the future.
This has to be the easiest review I have ever written We have recently had a new kitchen installed which was in need of a fantastic new tiled floor, we had John over to quote us, and from the moment he turned up he was not only very polite he is one of the nicest person you will meet, he explained everything that needed to be done and as it turned out our floor had a lot of cutting that needed to be done to make it perfect, we discussed certain tiles that would and wouldn’t suit our floor and what tile we wanted, john said he could source these for us at a reasonable cost. John then went away and worked out the cost and I must say we were very happy with what it was, as he saved us a lot of money on the porcelain tile that we wanted compared any the tile shops we went to. John kept in constant communication with us until he was ready to start, he turned up when said he would the love for his trade really shows in his work, it the finer details that really stand out in Johns work he is thorough and respects your home. We are now left with a floor looks absolutely fantastic and it has been a pleasure to have John in our home tiling our floor. The job was extremely complicated with very small individual pieces to make up the pattern and none of them were of a uniformed size to add to the complexity of the job. The patience, planning, and determination to only do a excellent job was second to none, what a complete professional, I could not recommend John more highly if you want only the best job doing then give him a call. I asked if he could also tile a cloakroom wall and even though he was busy he came back on an evening and kindly did it for us. First class service and a brilliant job. Thank you.
